So, some of these schools I wasn't sure about their level of play, so this is all based on my googling skills, so take it for what it's worth....
I looked at 2015 Big Sky schedules, and looked at how many FCS games that each team played this year. Here they are:
Weber St. - 10
Montana - 10
Montana St. - 10
North Dakota - 10
Northern Colorado - 10
Eastern Washington - 10
So. Utah - 10
Cal Poly - 10
Northern Arizona - 9
Sacramento St. - 9
South Dakota - 9
Portland St. - 8
Idaho St. - 8
What a joke. How the NCAA thinks this is a level playing field is beyond me. But I guess I shouldn't be shocked with the NCAA being in charge of something like this....
From STATS, Big Sky nonconference this year:
Cal Poly: Montana (FCS Big Sky), Arizona State (FBS Pac-12), UNI (FCS Mo Valley)
EWU: Oregon (FBS Pac-12), UNI (FCS Mo Valley), Montana State (FCS Big Sky)
Idaho State: Black Hills State (DII), Boise State (FBS Mtn West), UNLV (FBS Mtn West)
Montana: NDSU (FCS Mo Valley), Cal Poly (FCS Big Sky), Liberty (FCS Big South)
Montana State: Fort Lewis (DII), EWU (FCS Big Sky), East Tennessee St (FCS transitional Independent)
North Dakota: Wyoming (FBS Mtn West), Drake (FCS Pioneer), NDSU (FCS MO Valley)
NAU: Stephen F Austin (FCS Southland), NM Highlands (DII), Arizona (FBS Pac-12)
Northern Colorado: Western State (DII), Houston Baptist (FCS Southland), Abilene Christian (FCS Southland)
PSU: Washington State (FBS Pac-12), Western Oregon (DII), North Texas (FBS C-USA)
Sac State: Eastern Oregon (NAIA), Washington (FBS Pac-12), Weber State (FCS Big Sky)
