2016 Verbal Commitment List.

.....am I to assume that "ALL" recruiting has been put on hold until we have a new moderator ?.....I know that is not true.....BUT I am starving for any new information new folks being offered ?.....anyone hear anything ?....(AND BTW....I do NOT want Bengalcub to leave as moderator....i'm just sayin'....he brings common sense and sanity to this board)....back to my question....any "new" news on recruits ?.....thanks in advance..... :coffee:
 
Right now we're right in the middle of the dead period, which goes from mid-December to the first weekend of January. It's the time when the coaches and athletes take a little bit of a break. During this period the coaches can't be off-campus evalutating, they can't visit with athletes, and they have to stay home. They can only make brief phone calls with prospective recruits. It's time to slow everything down.

Cub said he was losing a lot of interest in ISU athletics and that's fine. A lot of us die-hard Bengal fans will continue to go to their games, give them a lot of money, and support them through thick and thin.

I watched Raemo Trevino highlight film on HUDL. OH MY WHAT A STUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about a guy who plays with a high motor. First thing that I noticed was that his desire JUMPS OFF THE SCREEEN!! Never quits on a play. Total domination of whoever is in front of him. CHASING GUYS DOWN ALL OVER THE FIELD as a NOSEGUARD. Just an awesome video. I am stunned that that dude isn't being recruited to the Pac 12 or the Mountain West Conference. I don't know, maybe I guess at those levels they probably want there Noseguards to be 6'3" 300 lbs plus so he wouldn't be big enough to play inside and he prob wouldn't be fast enough or long enough to play DE, oh well that guy is a flat out awesome player and one of the best defensive highlight films I have watched (I have watched a lot over the last few years) and Idaho State got a gem in that guy. Glad we have him
