I'd definitely put this as a verbal. Another great job by the coaches.

If I read correctly, Scout has this kid as a three star recruit. You need to be one good damn kicker to get three stars.

At this point, I don't really care where he goes. He has been very inconsistent with the process and I won't be all that disappointed when he chooses to go somewhere else. Good luck to him in his future, but I don't really think he'd be a good fit here.

Yep, probably an Academic Redshirt as a Freshman, which wouldn't be the worst thing. Spend a year learning while the Senior finishes up then compete the following year for the job as a Redshirt Freshman. Dual skilled guy is always nice.
