Just to be technically silly, my daughter said yesterday that Portland State has officially extended their safety measures through the end of this term. No graduation ceremony, of course.

She’s been provisionally accepted to grad school at Wisconsin, and still awaits word from another school... and unless things change significantly, she figures she’ll at least take a gap semester or term. Summer (her chance to make more $$) will be beyond interesting if things don’t change.

The articles I saw a couple weeks ago were fairly clear on the matter... no sports unless schools open. Without states being able to make an investment in testing (and people to administer tests) and without the federal government WILLING to make that investment, I can guess that Fall ain’t happening.
