How many people will stay when all the coaches are fired? I guess it depends on who the next coach is.
Reading through this list, I wonder if he’s any relation to Tom Ackerman, OL great in the early 90’s.
Depends on who gets hired, I’d think.
He’s related. I don’t know which Ackerman is his Dad as they both played at Eastern.
Brady is Tom's brother TJ's son.

Early NLI signing day is next Wednesday, December 4th. If I counted correctly, we have 14 verbal commits and around 29 offers still out there. Could be more but hard to find.
We have 24 seniors. However, some of the seniors may be back next year
-Taylor - I believe redshirted last year. Only played in 4 games. Did not redshirt before EWU
-Nolan Ulm with his injury this year and if he applies for a medical redshirt. I believe he only played in 4 games this season.
-Malik Dotson only played in 4 games last year and did not burn a redshirt before coming to EWU
-Mason Buttel-Strong only played in one game last season and has not burned a redshirt
We all know that we will most likely lose plenty others who are currently on the roster to the transfer portal for what ever reason.
Last year we signed 23 in the early signing period and picked up 5 more in February. If all 14 verbals sign tomorrow, we still have a ways to go knowing that we will lose players to the portal when it opens. If I read correctly, the transfer portal has been shortened from 45 total days to 30 days. The winter portal opens on December 9th for 20 days and then again for 10 days starting April 16th.
This is going to be an interesting year and crucial recruiting year!
