#22 North Dakota @ #3 Weber State

A Josh Davis injury, bad special teams play, and now a turnover. Doing everything we can to lose this game.

Jake Constantine dual threat QB lmao!

Gotta play defense though. And Ketteringham has been very comfortable picking us apart. Ugh.

Omfg.

I can not believe they won that game.

Kudos to UND for kicking our ass all game long. They probably win that game without fumbling the kickoff. They exposed our young secondary all day long.

That is as bad as I have seen us play this year and we win the game. We were fortunate to pull this one out.

Next up.

Let's hope we clean some things up prior to the UM game.

Constantine made some big plays when needed and it was a good 4th quarter rally. North Dakota really stepped up and played great. Good to win a game like that. Sets up a big showdown next week.

Go Wildcats!

That was a rough one. I'm happy luck won out over execution today because the execution wasn't gonna get it done. I hope they got it out of their system and show up in Mizzoula.

With that performance, and they should win out, UND will be a playoff team. Game should really help Weber going forward. They were tested and found a way to win. Got to hand it to Constantine. His two picks damn near cost them the game but those two runs late won the game. Showed real guts from someone who really doesn't run well.

Yes, gutsy runs to try & redeem himself to his team after the two interceptions earlier in the game...he said as much in the post game interview on KUTV. Glad for him it paid off.

Good teams somehow pull a victory out of the jaws of defeat in games like this.

Kudos to UND, they played tough...this result should help with their playoff resume even though a L.

Wildcats had best gird themselves up, as they are looking delicious to a hungry bunch of Grizzlies awaiting to ambush in Missoula.

GO WILDCATS!! LET'S GET ANOTHER W ON THE BOOKS UP THERE IN GRIZZLY COUNTRY!! :thumb:

I'm not so sure. If UND wins out, big if, they are a bubble team and at the mercy of the selection committee. If they would have beat us and won out, they surely would have made the playoff field. As it stands now, they will likely be on the outside, looking in.

We are in. What we are playing for now is the seeding and home games. We could end up being seeded as high as #2 and having home field advantage right up to the championship game. That's a lot to play for. UM is playing for a top 8 seeding, a first round bye, and at least a first round home game. This next game is huge.

big if? They have UNC and SUU, both at home. They're winning out.

I think North Dakota deserves an at large if they win out, but I’m guessing the committee would put in a 6th Colonial Conference team over them.

 Yeah, how ridiculous was that last season. Then 5 of the 6 go out and lose their first OOC playoff game. The committee won't be able to get away with that this season. Colonial teams have been killing each other off. Predictions I'm seeing say they get 3 or 4 in. With what's happening in the other conferences, I really think UND has a decent shot at getting in. They'll only have 1 bad loss (ISU, WTH?), at least 3 quality wins (Sam Houston, UC Davis, and MSU), and a good showing vs the 3rd ranked team.

I think it depends on how they beat them. If they beat them soundly as they should, then they're in. If they struggle at all they might not. UND has a few good wins, only real "bad" loss was to Idaho State.

I expect we will see UND in the playoffs, but if they do they'll most likely be fed to NDSU in the 2nd round thanks to regionalization

They do play their last game at SUU and that will be another bad travel day, just like it was for their ISU game. I don't think that's a gimme. If they do win out, they will be at the mercy of the selection committee. They will be hoping that their resume' is better than the other bubble teams, in the eyes of the committee. I am with you. I think they have a good argument, but they don't really get a say in it. :coffee:

Both games are in Grand Forks. Hawks are good at home and UNC and SUU, well, really suck. Those are gimmes.

The BSC schedule must be wrong then. It has the game at SUU. That's how SUUs schedule reads as well. I guess they are all wrong. If they are both sitting at home waiting for the other team to show up, who gets the forfeit win?

Not sure what you're looking at, both schools have it correct that it's at UND. Big Sky has it incorrect on the online composite schedule, but correct in the media guide.
