Ya, I love VA's swagger and confidence, but that is a learning opportunity for the sophomore.

We shaved off 14 points and scored . . compared to last year's SEMI!!

And it looks like we are handling West and may have knocked out their QB again.

This. Although a disappointing first half, I'm not worried in the least. Stack the box and play sounds 3rd down D, and we will win. Adams and co are starting to get into a groove and will get it together, and Baldwin and co. make excellent adjustments. We'll be fine.
 
Don't get me wrong, I have hope, but we are getting to the point where we need to take all opportunities. Our margin for error is small in the second half.

Mistake free football in the last 30 minute, or it will be the off season.

If you're playing the ball, they'll let incidental contact go. If you are looking at the receiver and run into him, they should throw the flag.

That being said. Eastern did not get that same call in the first half.

Inconsistent.

That is what I'm referring to. I'm not saying it wasn't PI, it was...would be nice if it was called the same both ways.
 
WHOOO!!! They look nervous. You can read West's body language when he is not getting the ball when they come out of the huddle. That last 1st down pass play he looked pissed and shrugging his shoulders!
