about as bad a close to a first half as i can imagine

I'd say about the same thing about the 4th quarter. Congrats on the victory, but OMG I was NOT impressed with the defense at all and especially the pass defense. If our pass defense is as bad as it was tonight, I think we're going to have a very long season. I did not see the game on TV, but I followed it on ESPN live, and it was bad enough. Were our pass defenders falling down? Are they picking on one guy or it a problem for the whole secondary?

1 sack, no pressure. Losing Rasheed Williams really hurt.

I agree with what Skippy said, we did not pressure the QB very good today. I didn't think it was so much an issue with the coverage guys I thought it was more an issue with the QB just totally outathleting us and he had no pressure and was able to get comfortable and throw to whoever he wanted, then he was able to run a lot also on design run plays. The defense did real good in third qtr though when it was really the most critical time of the game.

Thanks Demian. I think it helps a lot when you can see the game. Of course if a QB has all day to throw the ball he is going to complete a lot of passes.
