I just don't see how Christian Clark and Zach Schrader are second team guys...even Buck should be on first team.

I don’t think this reflects individual performance. This is more a function of losing 3 league games. It’s tough to put 4 guys on the first team defense when you gave up as many points as we did. The guys you mentioned are nails and deserve greater recognition but we have to gain more respect in the league before our players will get the respect they deserve.

Yes, and Hilliard missed at least the last two games, I think he saw very limited action in the PSU game and he may have missed the NAU game as well. He would have easily been in the 1k club had he been healthy.

I suppose you are right about losing the three games, but not right about how many points we gave up. We were second in rush defense, third in passing defense, third in total defense and fourth in scoring defense. We gave up less points this year than Eastern Washington and only 4 points more than Montana State. Oh, and didn't we tie for second place in the conference and lose to the conference co-champions by a total 32 seconds and a missed field goal?
