All-time Attendance Record: need big title crowd!

I just waited in line for 2 and a half hours. They have released the season tickets. They now have 5 windows goings and they are handing out pizza and drinks. They are very overwhelmed by the support from the community. I would be very surprised if this isn't a sell out.

Just did a re-count, after they released the season tickets, there are now only 3,733 tickets left, not counting the student section.

All the support from the community is great news!!! Is anything being done to get students out? Anything on campus today? I'm hoping for at least 11k!!! :rockon:
 
I just got my extended family's tickets, after 50 minutes on hold. They had a hard time finding 6 in the same general area.

If the students don't show for this one, there is no hope. They will no longer be students, in my eyes.
They will be dead ar$$s.

I will be there tomorrow night with 11,000 of my closest friends, screaming my head off. :rockon:

Forgive my ingorance, but who is Ron Goch?
 
The community has bought in. It is time for the students to step up to the plate. It will be a complete shame if the only open seats are in the student section. The rest of the arena will be full. I can't wait either! Probably need to get there before 5 to get a free shirt.
 
According to the WeberstateSports ticket Website, there are still PLENTY of seats available up above the portals. Hope they fill up though.
 
They are going fast, Section L had 111 seats available just a few minutes ago, now they are down to th 60's
 
my predication is 8,100. i sure hope i am way off. this is exciting to see any line at the dee at any point in the season.
 
The more people, the better, Be loud, and Wildcat proud. These players need to know how the students, school and community support them. Let's have a big home court advantage!!

BTW, sounds like UNI fans have had Eric Curry (who did Saturday's game) in past Missouri Valley games. Man that guy gets around!
 
Encouraging to hear of the demand for tickets. It would be awesome to see a sold out DEC! But even 10K - 11K would be a great show of support for this team (who deserve it). So excited for the game.

I'm absolutely dying that I can't be there!!!!! If it were a weekend I'd do the drive from PHX to see the game.

Anyone have a plane they want to send to PHX to pick up some die-hard WSU Hoops fans so we can be back to work Wednesday morning?
 
I just added up the available tickets... I also added the other 3 students sections to the total, roughly 1,800 in those three sections.. I came up with 6,401 still available. Which means as of right now, including no student tickets, we have only sold 5,599. I hope I'm wrong somewhere, and like catcat, I hope more sell fast. I'm going with 8,216.

I'm showing similar math......so maybe the ticket office was just understaffed today. I'm generally not optimistic, but still hoping for my original prediction of 7500. Exciting times either way, and fun a truly fun team to watch.
 
The student tickets are all sold out according to the DEC website, so add up all the remaining seats left and you get....as of right now, 4,322 tickets left. This is including the sold out student tickets.


7678 out of 12,000 have been sold so far.

The student tickets being sold out is because WSUSA bought them all so students can still get in free. they are not truly sold yet
 
here is how i came up with my number:

capacity: 12,000? its more accurate to say 11,735 or 11,692 which have been sell out totals in the past
tkts remaining: 3,733 (per wildcat)
student section: 1,500? 1,800? (these are excluded no sold)

11,735 - 3,733 - 1,800 = 6,202

if 6,202 is a good estimation it is still a number to hang your hat on the night before for a week night game.

im am not sure what is considered capacity anymore or student section capacity.
