It was mentioned on footballscoop.com yesterday that Jay Norvell was trying to hire Angus as the OL coach and now both footballscoo.com and Joe Davidson are reporting it has happened.

He was actually hired by Jay Norvell 12 years ago at UCLA when Norvell was the OC there. He took a paycut at UCLA when he moved from DL to TE coach under Chip Kelly. He was also named the assistant Head Coach at Nevada. This is his third gig with Norvel. Prior to UCLA he worked with Norvell at Nebraska. Great move by Norvell to get a great OL coach as well as recruiter.

Yeah get that part of relationship but pay cut. UCLA is state job, you can not lower salaries once they have been set one place. He was making same
