Anyone see the Hornet Open Practice

I was not able to get up to the school to check out the first practice/intersquad game this weekend. Did anyone check it out? How did the team look?

Thank you

Is anyone excited about this season??? Well, I'm out of the area so I didn't see practice, but what from what I can tell of the roster, we may be in for a looong season. I love the cultural diversity of this teams make up, to have something good come from this team with that roster would be special. But when I look at the schedule, I just don't see a lot of wins. There's no depth in the front court and worse no athleticism. From what I know of the talent of this team, and I don't know much, what looks somewhat promising is a 3 guard back court of Domineek Daniels, Walter Jackson and Sultan Toles-Bey with Justin Eller and David Norris in the front. Problem with that is there's only 1 player with D-I experience in that line up which is worse than the 3 we had last year.

I don't see more than 4 D-I wins (It'd be nice to see 8 total wins on the season), but I'll settle for less blow outs, a few close loses, and something to look forward to next year.

Well I cant wait to see what they look like at the exhibition game on Thurs. night. I know that these games are not a true gauge of how a team will look like during the season, I hope to see some fundamentals being executed.
