Per the Tribune Boyle isn't expecting Kirk back this season.

Although you hate to see that at this point it would seem wise to shut him down and bring him back next year and with him and Banks upfront we'll have a monster front court. :twisted:

The problem with Kirk is that he already used his redshirt season--his true sophomore year--because of a knee injury. The NCAA is starting to get stingy with sixth year medical hardship rulings.

Oh yeah you are right I totally forgot about him getting hurt his Freshman year. So no look at the bright side here, give him one of those padded bicycle helmets that Peter Czech the goaltender for Chelsea FC wears and send him out there! :lol:
