Very unlikely Hill would take his name out of consideration, if in fact he is being considered. These lists that you see in the media don't mean much at all. Just someone putting together a list of who they think would be considered, usually without any inside information. Just look at the USU hire, he wasn't on anyone's list. Hill would be a fool not to take this job if offered. To jump from Weber to a PAC12 HCing job and make up to 10xs the money? That's life changing money. And I think with the right coaching AZ could definitely become a winning program. And while I'd hate to lose him, I'd be super happy for Jay if he got this job. Much more so than if he got the USU job.
