What does a football team pay for a night in motel? Could we incentivize visiting teams who would ordinarily spend the night in a Portland area motel to stay instead at Portland State's own University Place Motel?
We could make them a deal they couldn't wisely refuse. My suggestion is that a damage deposit be put up by their athletic department. This way, the Athletics Department helps funnels funds back to the university.
