While VanportVik, Marty and BlueQ are getting ready to watch the opening football game on Saturday, we're getting opening season basketball up here in the Great White North, believe it or not.
UBC has games this weekend against Fresno State, Arizona, Wichita

I'm going out to see Fresno Sate game tomorrow to get my basketball fix, and say hi to old Heath Schroyer (turncoat !!). While he left PSU in a rush I'll never figure out, it'll be nice to see how he's doing with his new team.
Here's hoping for a big VIKES vicory on Saturday, and I hope UBC beats Fresno State (go Canada !!). That would be agreat weekend for me.
