• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Bear Down - Summer Training Videos

I hope the Bears turn it around and start a winning tradition this coming season. I went to UNC for a couple years before transferring and graduating from CSU-Pueblo. In fact, one of my roommates played football and another basketball. I lived in Turner Hall. About four years after leaving Greeley, UNC won two national championships.

I watched UNC's training video and compared it with training at CSU-Pueblo. I couldn't help but notice that UNC players work with both free weights and machines while the T-wolves with free weights only. I don't know whether one is better than the other but sure trainers have different philosophies.

CSU-Pueblo's trainer worked with players at the Air Force Academy to compete against bigger opponents. He was there nine years. He eventually landed up in Pueblo. His strength and training methods have made a difference the last couple seasons. I included a couple links for those curious what they do in Pueblo. The first is a news report about CSU-Pueblo's trainer where UNC is mentioned as having been a big game for the T-wolves, and the second is strength testing before last year s season.

Good luck going forward.
