Bears Suck in the Second Half

The Bears need to focus better in the second half. It seems in almost every game the Bears are outscored in the second half. Today the team beat Southern University (0-12) which outscored the bears 44-37 in the second half. Something needs to change the only way the Bears win is if they have a big lead in the first half. COME ON BEARS

Does depth of squad have anything to do with this? Not being a big basketball guy, I am not sure how many more minutes the subs get in the 2nd half than in the first half.
