Bee side column today...

Kadeezy's comment is not visible right now because it is flagged as possibly abusive. While I don't think the Bee is obligated to be the Hornet's booster paper, their lack of coverage (positive or negative) is ridiculous and the idiotic "no one cares" article is a weak effort at justifying their laziness.
 
I am still baffled as to why there was no major coverage of the SI.com recognition.

I mean the Lake Chales, La. Statemen local newspaper covers the McNeese Cowboys like saran wrap. And LSU is just a belch away.
 
I'm pretty sure a Davis fan flagged me for ragging on the bee for their extensive coverage of the aggies' new stadium while we haven't heard bupkis about the broad fieldhouse. I also mentioned this site so who knows.
 
You know that when someone opens a column with the trigger words "I'm not trying to bash..." or something similar, that's exactly what they're trying to do. The column was a complete hatchet job, pure and simple. What else do we expect from the Bee?

One of those so-called "comments" was nothing more than toeing the company line. The Bee doesn't affect game attendance? Who's going to go to a game when the Bee does nothing but emphasize the negative and gloss over or completely ignore the positive? While not everybody is influenced by that, to completely pooh-pooh that influence is akin to sticking one's head in the sand. Why else would a newspaper endorse political candidates? If the paper had no influence, then why would they bother with that nonsense?

The Bee should be shut down for bias-based incompetence.

Quick note. In today's (Tuesday's) edition of the Flagstaff, Pocatello, Missoula papers, there were all articles about the first day of camp for those schools. What about our paper this morning. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

Come one Bradley, SUCK it up and start covering this team. Im sick of the Bee's pathetic excuses. There is a reason why I don't subscribe anymore...why I only read it online. GIVE ME A DAMN REASON TO SUBSCRIBE AGAIN!!!!! :evil:
