Jay and the rest are working hard to find us the right man for the job. While we complain (myself included) we need to keep this in mind and it probably isn't that easy with the limited resources that we have. So...there is lots of speculation that this entire process has been effed up, but most on this site don't have a clue on what's going on. I'm sure things will clear up in the next week or two. I keep reminding myself be patient.

Good post though the process is flawed when you announce a list, interview from the list then apparently ignore the same list.
 
I agree, when guys like Breske and Stitt back out this isn't such a bad thing, this just means these guys weren't going to get the job and knew it and saved face... there is no way if we really wanted either we'd let them twist in the wind without contact for weeks.
 
This is perhaps one of the worst takes I have ever seen. This process has been screwed up every which way possible. Working hard does not mean a whole lot to me. Working smart brings a whole lot more results. Jay is running around like a chicken with his head cut off. If you decide to put a process in place, follow it. If you think a 63 person search committee is the way to go then follow what they say. If you have a list of finalists follow through with it. This is just another example of Jay's ineptitude.

So we don't want any of the coaches we interviewed since we let everyone twist in the wind for weeks? Normally I would agree with your logic but I don't think the man in the corner office has a clue what he is trying to do when it comes to football.
 
Well I don't always agree with things Hinrichs does but one thing he has done is hire about 20 coaches in his time here so I really do believe it he wanted Stitt or Breske he would have gotten the word to them.

It's the old don't call us we'll call you.

Oh and by the way your take was the worst take I've ever seen on here so there. :lol:
