According to Verbal Commits ISU has offered Antun Maricevic, a 6-10, 230 pound C from Casper College. He averaged 4.6 points and 3.4 rebounds in 7 minutes a game. This offer means either a previous commit has reneged or ISU is doing further roster housecleaning.

Because he's 6-10, 230, he has three years of eligibility left, he posted good numbers in limited playing time, and gambling on bigs is ISU's best chance to land size. Recall that Novak Topalovic averaged about 1 point a game as a senior in high school when ISU signed him. I'm not saying this guy is going to be another Novak, but obviously the coaching staff thinks he has room to grow his game.
