Best place to eat in Cheney

Curious, I had this discussion last night.

My two hang-outs are Zip's and Gerardo's, although Gerardo's came after my time in Cheney.

El Rodeo and Rocco's are both pretty good, as is the new Red Zone (Goofy's old spot) and Monterey Pub (which is great, but for some reason my Wife doesn't like it). Lenny's is always good as well.

I like the Bee Hive best, but lost track of the address and haven't been able to find it lately with Cheney's growth and everything. Kelly's too, probably relocated, need to get to Cheney early sometime and do some re-recon. Wish I was going tomorrow; The Eagles could jell. (Noticed the lack of action on this site lately.) Go Eags!

You are truly old school. Bee Hive was demolished in the mid-80s. I've never even heard of Kelly's.

I think Kelly’s is now the Longbar. Lenny’s was a burger place when I went to school .

Hate to be the bearer of bad news... but Rokkos shut down and moved to CDA. My wife and I always LOVED going there before games. I’ll say that Maverick is the best place for quick gas station food on the way to the tailgate!

and before it was goofy's it was called XTC in the early 2000's, I heard it was a bar before, but before my time in Cheney. They had dollar Busch lights on draft.

Willow Springs was the best place to eat. Loved their breakfast burritos. Rokko's was also awesome. Gatto's had a good calzone. What the hell is going on with the Cheney community that these places are leaving?!

El Rodeo is probably the last good one left. The chinese restaurant near Les Schwab is also good.

Rodeo is still a crowd pleaser. However, Barrel House is pretty awesome, especially for calzones. Bene’s is awesome for breakfast, as well as the marketplace (in the old Gattos). Arturos is a great Mexican alternative, for something different paced. Rosas is still around, as is Pizza Hut. Gerardos, seems to do well and Mason Jar downtown also always seems to be busy. Secretly, Bruchis is a quiet gem, especially since they started serving beer on tap.
