With breakaway runs, long field goals into the wind and efficient passing, there was plenty for Jerome Souers to like from the NAU football team's scrimmage on Friday.
And then there were the fumbles.
"That wasn't a good showing," Souers said. "We're better than that. We haven't had an issue yet in camp, so we're going to make sure that's just an anomaly that only happened today.
"That's not tolerated and we're not going to have an issue with that this year."
As always, watching the Jacks compete against themselves has the head coach at odds about his football team.
