• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!

Thanks for the continued support. Cheers!

Big Sky chooses new basketball tournament location

Our conference is so big (area wise) and not followed well enough to have a neutral site tournament (unless you enjoy have empty basketball arenas. I prefer they just let the winner of the regular season host the tournament like they used to do. Especially since we never get 2 teams in the tournament, it gives a deserved advantage to the regular season champ (I actually hate the idea of end of season conference tournaments).

Boise is a decent drive from Northern Colorado, about six hours. I like the move.

Ah, I am thinking it is more like 11 to 12 hrs from Greeley

Yeah, 11 to 12 hours in nice weather. In the first week of March, that drive could get ugly fast.

New to the board, but excited about our team this year. I think Linder is going to build a strong program. I can’t wait for the season to start. We’re going to shock the big sky!
