Don’t say that, this place has a LONG way to go to even be in the conversation with egriz as far as the ridiculous things discussed there.

I hope you’re joking...maybe the old, pre-MWC WAC. Post MWC WAC was terrible.

Don't know about eGriz, but no one on this board has any thoughts about the Eagles moving up :D

I have to admit I am not familiar with Western Conference football but I read this article

The Western Athletic Conference sponsored football and crowned a champion every year from 1962 to 2012. Once considered one of the best conferences in college football, steady attrition from 1999–2012 forced the WAC to drop football after fifty-one years.
It really is too bad. Sounds like this was a great Conference at one time.
