Finally the Big Sky sched arrives: To open, NDU. Shouldn't they be UND? No. Then they would be confused with a bigger school, Norte Dame. I guess that's why they opted as they did. I wonder what other schools could learn from such a wise move.
According to a great weblog Big Sky B, "UND does not have anyone that can challenge shots down low, as they have a 4.5 block percentage, 333rd in the country. They have 17 blocked shots through eight games, so opponents know that if they take it to the rim, they are not going to meet a challenge from UND." So this sounds like a Barden/Husk/Lee paradise. Get the ball to these guys and watch the show!
Our season's goal: Win home court for the conference tourney, get to the Dance for our seniors. Let's chop down any so-called bigger tree that tries to overshadow us! Montana, Weber State, who?
