Big Sky Tournament Championship vs Montana

Were going dancing sounds like a 15 seed. Either way looking forward to the next game. As always a great day to be an Eagle!

Seattle Eagle,
I taught of you today, I read where you mentioned that we was not going to get any fouls called on Montana, if I am not mistaking. It seems as if we couldn't get a foul call. Brunig #12, twice he was on our Players back, preventing a rebound for us. Anyway, the team played Outstanding Ball the 2nd half, and outstanding defense late in the game. Great win. On to the Big Dance.   :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:    BTW, Athletic Director Bill Chaves was on Larry Weir Show, after the game. Chaves stated that Reece Court will be open at 2 p.m., and we all can watch what happens on our Screen. That gives me something to do on Sunday. Will watch the game again, I got it DVR. On to the "Big Dance". Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace

Just leaving Missoula right now. I have no voice left. One of the most exciting games I've ever been to. Still trying to calm down. That place gets loud. But, we never got rattled. Love our team!

Let's Dance baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations....represent the BSC well.....did any of you notice this....right after the final buzzer the camera showed the hand shake line and in the back ground there were 3 BSC officials, 2 men and 1 woman wearing dark vests and white shirts....THEY LOOKED COMPLETELY DISGUSTED.....THE GUY IN THE MIDDLE AFTER A COMMENT FROM THE WOMAN SHOOK HIS HEAD AS IF TO SAY "THIS SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED"....anyone else see that????

Way to go Eags! I wonder who we will end up playing. With 26 wins do we have a shot at a 14 seed?

Unbelievable finish. Hayford owes me $80k for heart surgery.

I'd love the 14 seed opening in Portland next week. That'd be ideal!

If any of you taped the ESPN feed watch the end and you'll see what I mean....it wasn't shown on the BSC stream feed.....I am very curious......

Regardless of who or where we play the officiating has to be less biased an more fair than these guys were. At the 2.04 left in the game the Griz had 3 team fouls in the second half while the Eagles had 8. Granted this may have been a physical game but it worked both ways. The Griz had create an 11 point lead and only had 3 fouls?????????
That hurt the Eagles later because we were not in the 1 / 1 for those late fouls. As was mentioned by sammamisheag, when you play in Missoula it is 5 on 8!

Good omen... The last time Sergei Kovalev fought- a dominant performance against Bernard Hopkins- Eastern beat Montana in football the same day. Kovalev fights Pascal tonight. Our lucky charm?
How many beers at this point?

You realize you guys shot more free throws than us and we had more fouls called on us right? :P

Anyway, good game and good luck in the tournament! If I had to guess I'd guess you guys get a 14, going by what's happened in the past. 13 is possible though.

I saw it but I am sure that they are griz game staff Not big sky officials.

Really a team win tonight. Drew Brandon was solid from start to finish. The Blizzard was great on both ends of the court, and came up with some big points when they were desperately needed in both halves. Harvey shook of a cold start and made some huge plays late. Venky had a couple big buckets during the final run, and Von Hofe hit another big three late (see Idaho State last week)!

So proud of the guys, and happy for the Seniors! Wish I could have made the trip over.

Looking forward to seeing how things turn out tomorrow!
