Just wanted to give a big "Shout" out to SD and other members (Kd, SH, BHF, GL, etc...) of this board for their time and dedication. "SD" you put in many hours moderating and giving some insight from a distance and a true fan and I appreciate it. :notworthy:

I may not always agree with the assesment of others (and I think some of you are "bipolar" :rofl:) , this forum does provide a nice outlet and insight as to others opinions on Sac State Football. It's sort of like our own little intervention program at times, great place to vent, express opinions, suffer and celebrate... :thumb:

The causeway loss was rough, but there were some really bright spots this year. The team introduced a new OC with much success, finished 5th in the BSC, with a winning record (I only projected 5 wins), have they all but 5 starters returning (2 on O, 3 on D), so I am damn excited...

To me this year was nothing but a success...unlike last year when we had a Sr loaded team with so much experience go down in flames because of injuries. This years team is loaded with underclassmen that gained alot of big game experience and contributed alot.

I'm hoping we can all figure out a day to meet up and share a beer or two...maybe at the Dinner Under the lights or Spring Game BBQ....

I will give my own shoutout to SD; i got a private message from him earlier this season when he noticed I wasn't posting, and he wanted to know if everything was okay. that was a pretty classy move. and, he writes the most incredible pre- and post-game summaries ever seen on a message board.
 
Yeah Dr. M noticed that you had gone silent for a while. I for one value your insight and contributions to this page. I know you are a loyal Ag, but you're good people! Congrats on the Causeway win!
 
I rarely have anything nice to say about Sac State, but I did enjoy SDHornets analysis of each game this season. I also had Sac State as high as #23 in the AGS and CS polls but the final game did make a nice end to a disappointing season for us.

We DO know, however, that Dr. Mike and GoAgs72 play fair. That, of course, is in complete contrast to that a-hole (and you guys KNOW how hard it is for me to use that term) aggiemba....
 
I'll throw my thanks to everyone into the thread as well. I love this board and am so happy I stumbled across it a few years back. We may not have a ton of members, but the ones we do have are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about this program and the sport of football. Most of the rival fans from the other Big Sky message boards are generally pretty good too.

And, lastly, I agree that SD's write ups are fantastic. I used to do something similar for a Kings website years ago so I know how much time and effort goes into it. Awesome job!
 
Yes, I definitely share the sentiments on this thread. Thanks for the great posts SD, and the information from Kd, SH, OG, Buckeye, Chi and everyone else who I am not mentioning. I dont post that much but I check regularly and I appreciate all the cumulative effort on this board.
