Biggest Win in School History?

That phrase has been bandied about. And there's certainly an argument for it.

But I wonder. The Mattos March was pretty big, too. And Sperbeck has been around for both. Whatever one thinks about him, these two wins HAVE to put him in the upper echelons of Sac State coaches with Mattos himself. (He'll certainly have to get to the Chipper, and possibly even win it, to get ahead of that great coach, though.)

So, how does this compare to that? There's no wrong answer here. I'm just interested to see what you guys think.

Congrats fellas on the big win! You did the Big Sky proud and Sac appears to be legit this season. I thought we were going to get two wins over the Pac-12, but we lost the game in the last few seconds. I still feel pretty good about the team we've got this season.

Again, big props. :thumb:

Thanks for the props. The Sac St. v. EWU game this year should be a classic. Too bad you guys didn't beat Washington. I was rooting for ya.

Great win for you guys to start the year off. Causeway this year and all the future Big Sky games are going to generate a lot more interest in the Sac area!

Thanks for the props, 6thman. You and Dr. Mike have always been gracious Aggie fans, and we are VERY appreciative of that. We wish you guys well this season.

i'm just positioning myself for free beers in the tailgate section before the Causeway!!

i'll bring the Aggie Lager from Sudwerks!

You might get that from the others, Dr. Mike. Me? I go about as far as my hometown A&W. (Yes, it really was invented in Lodi, CA.) Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed for remodeling. They're eliminating the car hop area and replacing it with a drive-thru. I'm NOT happy.
