BigSky Games Week 12 or Go Bengals Thread!

What hasn't been said about this week? Eags are well placed to get a share of the BigSky and a high seed for the playoffs. #LeaveNoDoubt

Weber @ ISU -- Expect a close contest. Eag Nation is pulling for a Bengals victory but Weber will play up in this one to secure their place. ISU just hasn't been here with a chance to make the playoff field often so don't expect them to embrace the opportunity fully.

Sac St @ UC Davis -- Ags over HorNOTS. Zero BigSky wins won't enhance Sears resume..

Cat's @ Griz -- Each is playing for a possible playoff spot. Cat's fans don't care for Hauck, not sure it will translate on the field. Griz have been up and down, I suspect they can taste this one though. Griz in a blowout.

UND @ NAU -- UND. The question becomes, does NAU's AD fire Souers after this one.. finally. Would they go after Baldwin? He isn't exactly lighting it up at Cal. Pure speculation.

SUU @ CP -- CP. Protheroe sets some CP records.

Idaho @ Florida -- Brutal way to end a season.

I can't imagine Coach B has the slightest interest in even pondering taking the HC job at Northern Arizona University.

Friday- Eastern @ PSU- Eastern in a statement game...again
Idaho @ Florida - When you put a potato in the microwave it explodes... unless you stick a fork in it!
Crawl of the mild- MSU... again!
Sac @ UCD - Sac should hope for cancellation due to smoke.
UND @ NAU- Jerome Sauers last game and how fitting that it is a loss.
Idaho State at home is better than Weber for the last Big Sky playoff spot
SUU @ CP- why bother??

FWIW, the Sac State-NAU game from last weekend that was postponed officially got canceled. Neither team wanted to bother. Kind of lame considering neither has anything to do after this weekend.

Honestly, shame on Sac State. If they knew air quality was a major concern at their venue, they should have let NAU host.

Weber @ ISU: Ok maybe wishful thinking.

Sac St @ UC Davis: If they play it ain’t gunna be pretty.

Cats @ Griz: MSU is just the better team. Their losses are to top teams while UM’s are to weak teams.

UND @ NAU: UND still has a chance for a playoff spot with a win so they have something to play for.

SUU @ CP: CP seems like the better team at this point in the season.

Idaho @ Florida: Vandals will lose by 70+.

Would love to see Weber drop this game at ISU and make Eastern the auto bid team. Does that guarantee ISU a playoff spot? Would like to see 4 from BSC.

After the EWU loss to Weber, I circled this game. ISU is 4-0 at home and Weber is on the road for the 2nd week in a row. ISU will be playing for an at large FCS bid. I like ISU in this game by 10.

Guess today I'm a Bengal believer... at least until reality sets in. Sac St not so much. My hypocrisy only goes so far.

Watching a little of the Colgate v Army.. They lead FCS in defense. It's the Patriot league

Only 3 JR's on their starting Defense, 8 SR's. Showing some team speed & athleticism, undersized by FCS BigSky standards. Good sized DB/Safeties. Good active defense, well schemed. Army should put them down today and score in the 30's+. Army 7-0

Colgate's defense is for real against the Army option offense. 14-0 Army and suspect they will wear down Colgate, but Colgate is very physical. If they got a couple of TO's the game could be interesting. Would be interesting to see how they schemed a balanced attack. Whatever CAA team that gets them will struggle.

Colgate OL is good. Gonna say, CAA is in for a surprise.
