The BI guy did call me (at home) about my complaint, which was nice, but after the game was over. It was available on their site for purchase as a one-time purchase, and supposedly the "loop" ran well, but somehow their "system" did not make it availble to the Season's Pass holders (namely me). He couldn't figure out how that could be, as it is supposed to happen "automatically," but appreciated my letting them know.
He promised to post it in the archive so I could watch it, but that hasn't happened yet. I'll let you know how the quality is / was.
