Spencer Blackburn has been granted a 6th year next year, which is HUGE for us. Levao and Eagle are still awaiting news from the NCAA...I'd guess they will both be granted as well.

I got that email as well. This is a great turn of events. Blackburn was arguably our best lineman on a team of damn good OL. Plus, retaining that center - QB synergy can’t be underestimated.
If Levao comes back as well, the team will likely have a better OL in 2019 than in 2018. And the 2018 OL was the best in the conference and probably one of the five or so best in FCS.

That is so doggone sweet and hope those others get their season back as well. With all the coaches moving on and great players that have finished up I don't ever remember feeling like this: This team is STACKED and stacked with leaders. It will hard for any new coaches to not be successful coupled with our schedule to really fine tune this team for a run. I'm generally cautious being optimist for an upcoming year so this is first for me.
I also believe these players we've had the last couple of years were unbelievably talented and made our coaches look good(and they were good). We will be coming outta the box quick next year and not look back. jinx no jinx

Excellent; Spencer plays smart ball, very dependable, and our only returning Captain. Any thoughts regarding who the other 2019 season Captains will be.

Levao coming back is awesome. Big boost to the learning curve of the up and comers having two leaders back in the fold. EB3 has to be smiling ear to ear.
