Bolomboy

Any one here the official word and how long he will be out?
There is no official word, but a source close to the situation said he looked as if he could have come back in during the second half against NIU, but was held out as a precaution. I suppose that bodes well for Tuesday, although they are still having his separated shoulder re-evaluated.

If needed he will be able to play. The Coaching staff knows how important this summer is to his development though, and they don't want to jepardize anytime he could be utilizing preparing for next season. He needs to put on some weight, work on the offensive side of his game and get a bit quicker (he can already run the floor well for a big, but he has potential to really take it up a notch). Also, getting a better feel of the offense and learning how to dribble and pass better wouldn't hurt either.

If Joel can't go, that would be a HUGE loss for the team. That being said, wouldn't it be cool to see Fulton step in with additional minutes and have a monster game off the bench? :)

I ecco that hawks. I always thougth it would be nice for him to get more minutes escpcially during playoff time and in the BSC tourney since he has a lot of experience already and teams wouldn't be ready for his ability to play with his back to the basket and to hit the long ball. I think his injury slowed him down some. If he don't play much today I really hope he comes back with a vengance his senior year and really contributes.

I wish we could make Bolomboy into an offensive player like Fulton, minus the black hole issues he has had in the past. Think how amazing Bolomboy would be if he could step out and hit a three or play better with his back to the basket. I'm hoping next fall we see Bolomboy coming back with much better offensive skills.
