doesn't seem like this could have come at a better time. I'll be watching the Montana State game tomorrow to see what we're up against the following week.

Just like playing idaho state...can anyone do a look a like with the Bengal helmet?

That bring said, they played us tough last year.

I'm also going to check out MSU today. This next game could be our toughest remaining regular season game.

Look forward to the predictions next week. Not sure there will be a competitive game in the BigSky, that includes MSU, UM and PSU. Like most great teams, the competition is with themselves to improve, stay focused and execute. :D

Washington is trucking Illinois right now. Doesn't look like the same team we played last week.

I don't know about that... I think our offense is just that good, especially when they play on point. Illinois is a little better on D, but not enough to offset the fact their offense isn't nearly Eastern's caliber.

Husky DE are getting pressure just going one on one with Illinois OTs. They weren't able to any of that on DeBord, Rogers, and Curtis?

Nobody we play will look the same the week after we play them!!!

No doubt, our offense is better than Illinois.

MSU up early 7-0 over UCA.

OK, if we don't absolutely OWN the Cats next Saturday something's wrong. This MSU UCA game is awful. Montana State is running a zone read offense that will get their QB killed if our defense comes to play, and Vernon should be able to throw 8 TDs. In my mind, next week will define the season.

8 touchdown passes.......insert eye roll. Don't under estimate the cats. I know we have owned them for the most part but every game against us this year will be the other teams national championship. THE team needs to bring it every game. I would really like to see a more balanced attack and more running this week.

Agreed, Montana St looks really good, especially their defense. They will be a huge challenge next Saturday.

I think MSU is probably the second best team in the BSC right now. They demolishing what was supposed to be a pretty solid Southland team.

This! If it was close, that would be one thing. But they are dominating UCA! They are going to be a tough team, and if EWU takes anyone for granted, that's when we will lose. But if our team plays every game like it's the National Championship, we are not going to lose in the BSC!

SHSU is getting blanked 27-0 at half to DII Colorado-Pueblo.

Now watching the Montana game...announcer: "Jordan Johnson is the benchmark for all FCS QB's". FALSE!

It's scary that Sam Houston State has looked miserable on offense, yet moved the ball well against Eastern. Montana State looks decent on offense, and anytime we face someone competent on offense, we may have problems simply because the D doesn't make many stops. I hope we see some big improvement on D next week, but unfortunately, we've been waiting for the D to improve for a couple of years and the big improvement hasn't really materialized. You have to worry about our long-terms prospects if we need to out score everyone we play to win. Hopefully Coach Graham figures out a way to get this crew to lock it down.
