I know this has absolutely nothing to do with Weber State basketball, but I found it interesting that UVU and BYU have agreed to a four game series. It is a 3-1 for the Y. They will play one game in Orem and three at the Marriott Center. It will be a home game at UVU for the Y too, but still cool that UVU finally got the Y to play them.

Now if we could get the mighty Utes to stop hiding and actually play the Cats again. LK is scared...

I've heard that we have asked for a 2-1, 3-1, and even just a guarantee game with no return to Ogden and the might pukes won't play us.

Ah you beat me to it. With all this talk about BYU Utah football game that isnt being played and how the U doesnt need BYU blah blah blah... Got me thinkin how the U has pushed aside WSU and USU in basketball and the battle for the Old Oquirrh Bucket. Yes I would agree that they do not "need" WSU or USU but it also doesnt make sense for them to keep scheduling weaker opponents for tune up games and we both sit here right up the road. If the U really is that good why cant they play us?
