• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

I plan to travel to see the Spring game next weekend, but my wife will not be able to make the trip.

I see that it is being broadcast in Spokane.
From the goeags page:
SWX (SWX Digital 6.2 in Spokane, 25.3 in the Tri-Cities & 23.3 in the Yakima area; Comcast 115; Time Warner 306; Charter 287).

The will also re-broadcast five of EWU’s 2010 games next week at 2 p.m. Pacific time. Here is the schedule of showings:
Monday (April 25) - EWU versus Northern Arizona (21-14 win on 10/9/10)
Tuesday (April 26) - EWU versus Southern Utah (31-24 win on 11/13/10)
Wednesday (April 27) - EWU versus Idaho State (34-7 win on 11/20/10)
Thursday (April 28) - EWU versus Montana (36-27 win on 9/18/10)
Friday (April 29) - EWU versus Southeast Missouri State (37-17 win on 12/4/10)

In this age of ubiquitous public broadcast information over the internet, is there any way to get any of these broadcasts over the internet outside of the eastern washington area?

I checked my usual suspects, and haven't found anything. Thanks at least partially to our diligent homeland security agency which is preventing terrorist from broadcasting publicly aired FCS football games by shutting down some of the sites (I feel so much safer knowing they're on the case).

ChannelSurfing.net (gone)
atdhe.net (seized by the terrorist that stole my tax dollars)
justintv
ustream
rojadirecta.org (seized by the terrorist that stole my tax dollars)

Looking past my political commentary, is there anyone that can help me out?

I've had the same problems for some of the games I missed this season. I noticed that all the games are archived on big sky tv. Think you have to pay for 'em though. :( Only other option I could think of would be to have someone DVR them. Sucks that they shut those channelsurfing sites down, you used to be able to get the majority of the games on those even if bstv. With I had some better answers - I'm in the same boat.

Thanks to both of you.

I'll add lateral sports to my list of places to check.

If anyone can relay this game through one of those sites, it would be much appreciated.

As for past games, the big sky link is helpful, thanks. I don't mind paying if I get value from it. My concern with the Red/White game is that paying is not even an option.

Freebird, I should add that I have ordered a couple of games that were archived off of Big Sky Tv. I was able to record, them, too with a program I use for video recording. Pretty decent quality. I'll look and see what the name of the program is - it's on my other computer at home.

I can't speak to these games, but it looks like our last 3 playoff games are all still available in their entirety via ESPN3.

Along this vein, if anyone is interested in recording video off the internet, I found a pretty good program called "Jaksta" for doing that. I think it cost like 30 bones, but it's really easy to use and well worth it for recording live stuff if you're not in the Spokane area/PNW.
