Wow, what a game. The new coach at Campbell University had loaded up with Portal players that would rival any teams that we are going to see this year. Both teams played fast and hard. We were without our top scorer, Hennig, who sat out with an ankle sprain. Our depth was evident. The game turned out to be a real barn burner. This version of our Wildcats is really fun to watch.

UT Arlington is up next, on Saturday. I don't know a lot about them, but I'm sure they will be athletic and skilled as well.

I really like the players on this years team. Definitely a talent upgrade from past seasons. They seem like good guys. There is a lot of potential. I just hope that the coaches don't get in the players way. Like, slamming on the breaks with 8 to go. That isn't the wisest thing. It's playing not to lose. Keep playing to win.

Duft’s teams always try to slow out games at the end…which is why there are so many collapses. Tomorrow’s game should be good. I’m wishing there could be more of these instead of the laughers.

If we shoot good we win. We don’t shoot well consistently. We still have yet to play a good three point shooting team. Number one in defensive 3 point shooting but It’s not our defense causing misses.
