Looks like all had good senior seasons. Continue to hear impressive things about Megan from the Boise area:

All look like they can contribute right away!!!
Or will a few Red Shirt???
Thoughts???

My guess is Nicolds and Topalovic redshirt -- if everybody else stays healthy, eligible and ready to go. Both are rather raw and would benefit from a redshirt year, and both play positions where ISU already has at least two experienced players ready to go. I know Bill would have liked to have redshirted Scott Tyler and Justin Smith last year, but was forced to play them because of the eligibility issues with Wilson, Bradley and Slavik.

And, Knight, we are told, is working on getting eligible, so he's definitely redshirting next season.

Ah. Great insight skippy! I'm looking forward to following ISU next season!
Sounds like they'll be a little undersized but if coach is defensive minded and runs a zone that shouldn't be too big a deal. Sounds like Solarin is a beast and will help on the boards! Fox will score and knows how to win! I wouldn't be surprised if ISU makes a lot of noise in the conference tournament and ends up in the NCAA tourney!

Glad you're with us, RUHS, it's always good to add to the Bengal family.

Really?

Not going to happen. Maybe make the BSC tourney but that's not a given either.

RUHS,

Are you Ian's high school coach or his father? In my fan board experience, usually dads and coaches are the ones that think a freshman is going to propel a team to unseen heights. I am a fan of drinking the Kool-Aid, but this is the strongest batch of orange flavored Kool-Aid I have seen in a long time.

I would love to see ISU as one of the Big Sky's top teams, but I am not sure that this is the year. In 2007 Weber tied for the regular season title and won the conference tournament, a year after finishing last, coaching change and with 3 returning players. It could happen, but I think a 5-6 place finish is good progress and about where they fit. It will be hard for any freshman to come in and replace Sanchez's contributions.

I have seen Geno Luzcando play and I feel like he is the freshman that has the most potential to come in and contribute immediately. I would love to see ISU succeed and travel in numbers to the DEE like the good old days.

Nope. Just a Huge Redondo Union fan and alumni. I have followed Ian since his freshman year, he was a 4 year varsity player and is absolutely amazing to watch. He has been the best player to come out of the Redondo in a LONG time. 1st Div 1 scholarship player since 2007. He is college ready with the highest IQ I have ever seen at his age. Im not familiar with Luzcando but if he is that good that will be great! Especially for the future.
