That was awesome!

As BHF would say… DOMINATION!

Yes sir! Total and absolute. Just wished we had preserved the shut out. :)

And the Hornets did it w/o Pierre Williams, Perk, and several others. Didn’t matter against an overmatched opponent.

Wish Taylor had given them more of a dose of Cam Skattebo, but it’s hard to be critical of a 20-pt win over a rival. Guess we’re saving him for our first postseason game.

Shoutout to Andy Thompson and the Hornets defense. They were outstanding today. Nice to see Ariel Ngata make that highlight INT.

Outright Big Sky Champs, baby! How does that sound fellow Hornet fans?!

Should only help recruiting……

27-7 Hornet win in a dominating performance. For us “younger” Hornet fans, this was by far the most enjoyable Causeway ever. Hornets had this game won by the end of the first quarter. While it wasn’t reflected on the scoreboard, everyone knew what the outcome was going to be, especially the dungpiler players. They saw what was coming, and they folded like a cheap suit. An absolutely masterful performance in every facet of the game.

Offense was unstoppable. Hornets turtled in the 2nd half, but the game was well in hand by then. Great mistake free play by both Dunniway (13/19, 194 yds) and O’Hara (7/10, 50 yds, 18 car, 62 yds, 1 TD) and they had absolutely no answer for Martin (6 rec, 112 yds, 1 car, 14 yds). Skattebo (6 car, 69 yds, 1 TD, 2 rec, 15 yds) had a game huge 37 yard TD run that will really set the tone for the offense in the 1st half.

Hornet defense played lights out. They completely shut down Gilliam (8 car, 17 yds, 8 rec, 58 yds) on the run game and forced an inept passing game under Hastings (21/42, 181 yds, 2 INT) into mistakes. Complete domination and timely forced turnovers. The dungpilers didn’t get any points until garbage time against the Hornet reserves.

Hornet special teams took care of business as well. Great coverage on a dangerous returner and Sentkowski (2/2 FG, 3/3 PAT) banged home his FG attempts.

The only thing worse than the dunpilers performance was the missed plays from the awful broadcast team and the salty announcers that started making excuses for the Hornet domination by the 2nd quarter.

Hat tip to Montana for bitch slapping MSU and allowing the Hornets to be the outright BSC Champs. A truly spectacular day for Hornet football.

Back to Back Big Sky Champions!!!

 8-) :notworthy:

For those that are interested, the Dungpile are a 2 point favorite in the online sport books.

Take the Aggies for big money. Ready for your annual Causeway beatdown Hornets?

This didn't age well.

I didn’t even see that post til you quoted it.

Odd use of the word “annual” since it didn’t happen last time out either.

An education/degree from UCD clearly isn’t all it is cracked up to be.
