Causeway Week Starts Now....

More racist comments? BTW, we Aggies are only roughly 50% Asian today, but being UC eligible, we're obviously better at basic math.

What twisted snowflake mind thinks saying Asian is racist?!
Is that what that brainwashed non-individual thinking UC education gets you?
Yes, there are different ethnicities in this world, get over it.

We are not a homogenous binary life being. Embrace the differences of each culture and enjoy life.

BTW, if you put a few million into the Hornets Nest it might be an acceptable high school gym.

Unlike UCFE, we dont tax our students to death and ultimate taxpaper bailout to build something. Or cuddle up to the teet of the silver spooned UC system and have money falling out of the sky.

So you won't take a stance against vulgarity around or directed near children. Got it. (I don't condone vulgarity or threats around women or children, Hornet, Aggie, Beaver, whatever. Pretty clear.)

What makes you believe he has to acquiesce to your demands and take a stance or answer anything you ask? Besides, you didn’t respond to or denounce the behavior SDHornet and Kadeezy experienced at the Manure Pile. Hypocrite.

But I’ll take a stance, if you don’t want your kids to hear vulgarity at a football game — leave them at home! You’re the adult right? You know what goes on at games, not just at the Causeway but at every intense college rivalry. So stop with the nonsense.

Besides, these kids today see, read and hear much, much worse on their mobile devices (and at school) that most parents don’t seem interested in monitoring or limiting in any way and I highly doubt you’re the exception or sole voice of reason. So GTFO with the virtue signaling crap.

Lastly, you’re over here trolling our site. Not the other way around. You believing that you sit atop some type of moral high ground or are more virtuous is about the most hilarious thing I’ve read in quite a while.

SD Hornet - is it really a stadium when there are bleachers? P.S. Our "cesspool" now has killer BBQ, pizza, craft beer, and food trucks.

LMFAO at FCS fans touting facilities. Really?

But if you really wanna go that route….

How many Nat’l Track events has UCD hosted? Hornet Stadium sure is the furthest thing from a palace, no doubt. But it has routinely hosted the big track and field events, as well as Sectional, Regional, and State HS Football Championships. UCD sure doesn’t. I guess the killer BBQ, pizza, craft beer, and food trucks ain’t all that after all.

FWIW, the Hornets attracted several thousand more fans to their last home game than UCD has drawn their past two home games. And the Hornets past 3 home games has outdrawn all 5 UCD home games. The Hornets lowest attended game this season outdrew 4 of the 5 games at UCD. So there’s that.

Once the Causeway concludes, the Hornets home attendance for the season won’t be far off from doubling UCD’s attendance.

So while our erector set stadium may suck — it’s still more useful and populated than your manure pile.

As you were.

I expected as much. ... I'm told fans in Montana are great, inviting opposing fans into their tailgate area... I'm told Idaho Vandal fans were gracious this past weekend, even after we beat them soundly. I had a great time at Cal this year, lots of drunk undergrads and playful jabs, but no cursing. Maybe alums in Montana are more secure due to their success. I'm told the Sac crowd got better once you won a few Causeway games, losing for decades apparently created some animosity.

The comments here seem to confirm what I've heard. Yes, it is a great track venue, and Sac tops Davis in the food scene.

In this fantasy world of yours State universities (Fresno and Sacramento) are hooligans while the University systems in California, Montana, and Idaho are made up of choir boys? Based on your reasoning, seems like your baseball team would have been much better suited to be in the CSU system due to their coach led systemic perverted hazing approach.
I think given your delicate sensibilities you would be well served to watch the game from the comfort of your home.

JB94, I guess a wholesome collegiate atmosphere is too tough for Hornet football fans to stomach.

FTR, I've enjoyed many games at The Nest, and the Hornet fans were cool. Even in heated, competitive games. Maybe Hornet football fans can't handle their Boons Farm.

Wholesome collegiate atmosphere? That is rich when your school has provided examples (band and baseball) that UCD is no Ivory Tower. Once again, you should stay home in case someone decides to say something other than gosh darn.

Okay, I’m sold, this is just an elaborate troll job. Good one movielover!

Cal Poly is pretty chill too. SJWs took down the band, along with The Bee. So some college kids get naked in a jacuzzi, not sure how the band is responsible. Nobody's perfect.

FYI: The Manure Pile is now ranked #24 in the STATS Poll and #23 in the Any Given Saturday Poll. Still unranked in the Coaches Poll.

Us? We are #2 and getting first-place votes in all polls. We have 7 first-place votes in the STATS Poll, 5 in the Coaches Poll, and 22 in the AGS Poll.

Several fans on the Aggie fan site claim when visiting Hornet Stadium, being the recipients of vulgar language and troublesome behavior. Even when accompanied by children.

Do you condone such behavior?

I’ve been to about 10 causeways at Hornet stadium, and I think the only arrests I ever heard of were two Davis fans fighting.

My animal brain want to tell you and everyone at Aggie Sports Talk to stop being such pussies, and to not be afraid of rap music and beers.

The dad brain says, have I heard bad language at games? Sure. Is it abusive or threatening? Never in my experience. Anything ever said to an opponent’s fans that I’ve heard is always pretty benign, jocular. This isn’t SEC country.

So you won't take a stance against vulgarity around or directed near children. Got it. (I don't condone vulgarity or threats around women or children, Hornet, Aggie, Beaver, whatever. Pretty clear.)

I haven't witnessed it, but I've been warned several times in the past, and Fresno is horrible. But I see here, even when likely sober, you're using college locker room slurs. Living down to the J Street Tech reputation. Sac can do better. Really. Katz has class, so does Troy Taylor. Using the race card a draw, a contemporary woke fantasy.

SD Hornet - is it really a stadium when there are bleachers? P.S. Our "cesspool" now has killer BBQ, pizza, craft beer, and food trucks.

I think this is more disgusting. https://animalscience.ucdavis.edu/academics/undergrad/barn-residency

One thing this thread has proven unequivocally is a diploma from the Manure Pile isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. Apparently they’re graduating children that major in trolling.

This idiot clearly doesn’t have much going on in life and seems hellbent on embarrassing themselves with each and every strike on the keyboard. Negative attention is better than no attention, some say.

Good, great, grand, wonderful.

I’ve already had my fun with it, time to move on to more important things. Like actually talking about this week’s game.

And yet you just let him suck you right in.

Looks like we’ll see throwback helmet logos this weekend according to the game preview. No sneak peak at the fit though. Might be the alternate yellow-gold?

So it's not because of their poor decisions. Way to condone such behavior. :ucdgrad:

I like the SAC or stylized 'S", don't care for the mosquito helmet.
Favorite uni's are the all whites, with white helmet.
Or go with all black? :phat:
