Causeway Week

What a disappointing season this has been... The only thing that will at least deaden the pain a smidge would be a victory over UC Davis in the Causeway. I don't expect a big crowd, but I'm hoping we can play a complete game and at least get to .500... The sickening thing is that this football team should be going for a shot at a 9-3 finish, not 6-6.

This week we say goodbye to key seniors:

RB Ezekiel Graham
WR Morris Norrise
P Justin Wheldon
LB Todd Davis
DB Markell Williams
S Dijon Washington
DB Osagie Odiase
DL Trent Eskew
DB Robert Beale

Like last year, this is a game the Hornets should win. So the question remains: how will Sperbeck fvck up and blow a Causeway win this time?

Another key senior not mentioned: 4 year starter RG Tyler Worthley.
The official “under the radar” senior not mentioned: TE DJ Maciel

anyone have information on the causeway luncheon that is usually held during the week? Disappointed that no info on any causeway events this week was sent our to at least season seat holders.

Thx,

Tim

Looking forward to the game this week! Looks like we will just get rain during the week and then dry up, which is too bad!

Quick question for you guys. Is tailgating allowed in Lot 10? That is where we have always been but now it looks like the visitors are in Lot 7. Hopefully people show up!

Go Ags!

Since we don’t have a barn for use (c'mon, you knew this was coming  ), I’d recommend lot 10 (south of the Stadium). I don’t see why it would be unavailable.

Lot 7 has been designated for Aggie tailgating this Saturday.

Avoid Lot 8, It'll be saturated with Hornet fans, parents, frats and the like. It wouldn't be a comfortable place for an Aggie tailgate.

FYI, enjoy our FREE tailgate area... :flash:

It is nice that it is free! I know that Lot 7 is where they have designated the UCD tailgate, but can/have people tailgated in Lot 10?

You could try at the Greyhound Bus Terminal, plenty of UC Doofus grads there. :thumb:

Come on now, I expect better smack talk during the week leading up to Causeway.

Up to you, CSU police are fairly cool, just don't act like a :ucdgrad: and they'll leave you alone.

But in all seriousness, obey the rules otherwise they may make tailgating in future years miserable for everyone. And if youre going to drink, please don't drive.

I have pre-gamed and drank in lot 10 before, but it wasn't the CC. You'll probably be fine, but lot 7 is safe!

I think he's afraid of having to walk through Lot 8 to get to the game...

Since you are going to tailgate in lot 10, give facilities a heads up. That way they can make sure to put some hay and water troughs there so the "coeds" that come over the causeway to see the game will have some food and drink during the tailgate.

Better? 8-)

Is it really smack if it's 100% true that the vast majority of women at UCD are extremely homely looking? :ucdgrad:

Well that is nice of you to tone it down quite a bit.

Just got an email from athletics saying campus PD is barricading the parking lots and won’t allow access until 11:30am. Awful move, now I have to get up extra early and beat the cops to the barricades which means I will be extremely hammered by kickoff.

Absolutely! Now that is much better, I was laughing when I read it.

Are they really going to barricade the parking lots? Seems like a little much...

Another thing in the rules this year for the Ags: No sheep at the tailgate or game.
