The run-and-shoot has no place in the current NFL, but many of its basic concepts are still used today. Every team has a four-receiver package and many, like the Indianapolis Colts and Cincinnati Bengals, use it frequently and with great success. But if you want to see the purest form of the spread offense, tune in to a Portland State game

I hope he is right, except for the 75 sacks in a season partWe will be the only team at any level using the R&S offense with no tight end, Hawaii will feature one next year.![]()
