CHAMPS

It was hairy there for a while this season, but glad the team got the their first job done.

Now on to four more wins!

Congrats to Coach Legans and the whole program.

If my math is right, Eastern clinches the outright title with a win. They would also clinch the #1 seed with a win; but they could also lose and still get the #1 if either Montana lose, or UNC wins. The nightmare scenario would be Eastern and UNC losing while Montana wins.

The most important thing is controlling our own destiny with four more wins...

I think we get this thing done in a big way on Saturday. It's senior day and I think we are in for our biggest crowd of the season. The eagle faithful will be there and I think a game like this might even bring out some of the stay-at-home type. Everybody loves a CHAMPION!!!

This game Sat. so big in many ways. Got tickets for this game at start of the season thinking this indeed would be a big game. As Dopa said..."Now on to four more wins". This team has been exciting to watch/listen to and had all the componet's of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly!

A win on Saturday and we win outright.

Only way we aren’t the 1 seed is if we lose, northern Colorado loses and the Griz win...not gonna happen

What a season and we are rolling right now!
 
Not to be Debbie Downer....but I am still a little not sure how we are celebrating a share of the title when Montana still holds the tie breaker on us...yes I am well aware of the seeding implications (and yes I do feel the same about the very positive outlook as to tomorrow and who plays who) but if someone still holds a edge on us and could still tie us record wise but hold a tie breaking edge how can we share the title with them?

The big sky recognizes co-champs....

We win Saturday and it won’t matter, but regardless this team is still a conference champ...
 
So proud of this crew!

They have a chance to be the most successful team EWU has ever had! Just need an extra post season win :)

Dropping the Idaho and Idaho St games is hugely unfortunate, but alas.

True, but at least we didn't lose to a NAIA this year (sorry not sorry griz). Hope we see them in the BSC Tourny as we will beat them...this team is HOT!!

I'm really happy about this championship. It's been such a long road back to success. To have basketball relevant at EWU again is a great thing!
