• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Thanks for the continued support. Cheers!

Changes to the roster

Hopefully, the players that were cut find a new program that will offer them a scholarship. What happens with these scholarships since these players were cut from the program?

The money could be given to new players coming in or to current walk-ons, it could be redistributed to players currently on only "partial scholarship," or it could be banked for the next recruiting class.

I do not like to see scholarship players lose their scholarships as it is not always about performance on the field. They were just too low on the depth chart to probably play during the 2015 season.
