Coach Baldwin

I'm not sure if Coach B calls in the offensive plays or not. I know I shouldn't, but I started thinking a little about "what-ifs....." What if we try a short completion to get into better FG range and go for the tie? I then concluded that it's that aggressive play calling that won us a NC last season, so I'm not going to doubt anything. It was the right call. We probably had a better shot of winning late then winning in OT, where the kicking game perhaps might have been an even bigger factor.

I think going for the win was the right move. UW would have been tough to stop in the redzone and their kicking was far superior to ours and we'd have a more difficult time in the redzone due to our lack of running game (against UW) so I think we had a better chance of winning by not allowing OT.

The general rule of thumb when playing on the road in a hostile environment is to go for the win, not the OT. It was the right call.

To even be in that game given the 4 turnovers was a remarkable feat. To be driving for the win with under a minute go was amazing.

Beau is the man. I agree with the call to go for the W. Why stray from what made you successful then entire game. I loved how we played and am even more excited for the season ahead.

Beau + Bo = Repeat
From what I can tell as a fan in the stands reading body language it seems these two have a great, maybe even special relationship. Lots of respect for each other and they work very well together.
Beau is a great coach and Bo is a great young man.

Coach Baldwin is a great coach...love the call at the end of the game. Love the mentality to play to win. Guarantee that we throw that pass again with those same matchups if we had it again, kauf has one on one coverage with a smaller corner, we will see that play a ton this year with a lot of TD results.

Big sky teams should always play for the win in those situations, look at Sac. State going for 2 in OT.

Bottom Line..Baldwin is a great coach!
