Looks like we will be having a new OC next year! Coach Cooper is now the new QB Coach at Nebraska according to his twitter account
 
Nebraska's website lists him as Offensive Quality Control. Looks like the QB coach came over with Frost from UCF. No bio on the Nebraska site and very little on this, other than Cooper's twitter account.

Thanks for the info. I hadn't heard about this before. I respected Coach Cooper's loyalty to Portland State. I wish him the best at Nebraska.
