Collin Chiverton in who's out?

It sounds like Chiverton is a huge signing for E.W.U. With 13 current scollarship players on the roster who's leaving?

I heard Mcrae, Carter and Allen. I hope not Allen. He was injured last year but has some good potential. Never saw Carter play, think he was a redshirt. Mcrae was a good big body. The Collin kid looks good. Do we really need another guard though, especially a JUCO guard? We need some post players.

Does look like a really solid signing for EWU. With the exception of the loss of Dean, I like how things are shaping up so far in the Hayford era. Hopefully we retain the rest of our players and going into next season strong!

I hope you're wrong. Three more players in addition to Dean would be bad. Any updates on this? With the two new signees, it would seem one other than Dean is going?

And I agree that even with Hickert we need another post player....especially if Warnock is gone. Hickert isn't a Center, maybe not even a Power Forward. He's more of a perimeter player.

2 Rocky Brown F 6-6 200 Fr. HS

10 Sean Fischer G 6-0 170 Fr. HS*
11 Cliff Colimon G 6-0 170 Jr. JC
15 Laron Griffin F 6-8 220 Jr. 1L*
20 Tremayne Johnson F 6-7 200 Jr.
21 Geoffrey Allen G/F 6-5 170 Fr. HS
22 Jeffrey Forbes G 5-10 170 So. 1L
23 Kevin Winford G 5-11 170 So. 1L*
32 Morgan Hyslop F 6-7 200 Jr. JC*
34 Jaylen Henry F 6-7 230 Fr. HS
42 Cliff Ederaine F 6-7 205 Jr. JC

*EDIT* Looks like McRae and Warnock are gone. We need another post player badly.

"Rashano McRae and Carter Warnock are exploring options in Division II and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics basketball teams."

Haven't found anything on Allen, so hopefully he is still on board.

It's definitely way to early to get an understanding of the rotation, this is what I would like to see though. Not sure how they will fill the last scholarship available either. I would like to see them sign a Division I transfer from a bigger conference such as Dre Winston Jr. from WSU (just speculation that he may transfer from cougs). In addition to the new recruits, I'm exited to see how Geoffrey Allen, Rocky Brown, and Jaylen Henry play with a year of experience. The player I'm most exited to see play is Willie Hankins he seems to be a big find for the eags!

The biggest news in this area that Ken Bone finally got a basketball team to pass the NCAA APR.

Woops, wrong school.

He not only set Portland State basketball back five years with his lack of attention to academics, it hurt the whole Big Sky. A strong team in Portland does wonders for the entire league and especially since it is the travel partner of Eastern Washington, it hurts the Eagles when PSU is not strong.

On Memorial Day we honor the deceased and respect the living.

Thank you.
