Could the 3-4 work?

Being that the coaches are hell bent on the 4 down lineman that are 0-3. I think a 3-4 might work, depending on the 3 down. Show a 5-2. Keep the offensive line honest. ISU is still at its best when blitzing.
#98 did not have a good game. Still out of his comfort zone. For the first time he looked frustrated. The double team killed him. I still say if we pull him out to the three, this team would be much better off, because what we done so far have not worked. To prove my point, when he was at the nose they ran outside tackle. 82% of the ground yards came between the tackle and TE. Come on coaches give it a try like what we had the first two scrimmages.
#97 had a good game, Put him at the DE or pull him back to a floating LB, have him blitz 50% percent of the time.
#50, well let’s say he was there.
#94 what time he had, done a lot better than #98.But still, they keep the ball outside tackle.
Everybody has found our weakness.
The middle is not our problem. Putting #98 out there will stop this.
Now is NOT the time to save players in case someone gets hurts. I feel it’s time to put the best we have out there, roll the dice.
The moral of this team is down. A change is needed now.
Does anybody know the status on AJ? Like I said, he is an awesome player. Too bad he got hurt.
After our front four, Does anybody other than #55 and AJ know how to tackle?

bengalcub, this has always been my feeling forever, I love the 3-4... I think our LB's suck, but at least you have more options in a 3-4, and Urias is better against the pass than the run. Put Tuua, Milbourn and Amos as the down three, with the other DL spelling in relief...
