Congrats to the Thunderwolves. They're on a roll. I think they'll lose in the title game, but for an RMAC team to get that far speaks volumes for that program. And...just one more year until we can TRY to nab their coach again...if someone else doesn't.

We finally agree onsomething. Congrats to C-Pueblo. This is what can be acomplished when a staff actually coaches players and the players buy in to a staff that cares about them.It would be nice to get their coach next year to bad that will be to late for my son.

Honestly, if your son is that unhappy at UNC, why doesn't he just transfer?

Exactly, so he can walk on and have his dad pay tuition at some other university.

I won't get involved in the pissing contest but is it kind of funny if a player or family points to other programs and their success and laughs there is some irony, hey maybe it's just that you suck!

Maybe UNC was stupid enough to give you a scholly but that's not sayin much looking at the results we've donted money to educate a lot of shitty football players in the last decade. :(

I agree. But I think it's the world we live in now. We've got parents like Helpourbears coming on a message "anonymously" bad mouthing his/her son's football coach. A coach, that is yes, a bad coach; but a coach that did giver his/her son an opportunity to play D1 football. Helpourbears's son will graduate from a good university with zero student debt, but completely ungrateful. Uggghh...I fear for our future generations.

Wow, it's amazing that someone like Helpourbears can come on a "public" forum state his opinion and he, and his son be bashed, and put down, because others don't like the "opinion(s)" about the coaching staff, the program, and/or the University..... "his/her" really  . The nature of this forum is based on opinion(s) there may be one, or two people who actually have some soild informtion, but for the most part, ALL OPINION; "we've donted money to educate a lot of shitty football players in the last decade.", we who  ? Helpourbears, at the end of the day man you, and your son will have to live with the decisions you make, alone, cause trust me the "we" who claim to have given your son, and the other "shitty players" the money for an education won't be there, my son was one of those "shitty players"; disliked Collins, the way the program was conducted, and most of all the losing. Don't let a few grumpy old men, trying to make you feel guilty, derter you from your opinion(s), or decision(s) my son, again, another one of those "shitty player", stuck it out with Collins :ohno: and managed to get a look from the NFL, with his "shitty" self. Helpourbears, stay, or go man do what's best for you, and your family and screw what few cantankerous old "men/women" post :coffee: oh, and the future generation will be fine. GO BEARS :thumb:

I think there's a difference between someone who is just a fan, or alum, or student spouting off about the program being terrible and someone directly connected to and receiving benefits from it... two totally different things.

It's that whole not biting the hand that feeds you concept. Also it's pretty ungrateful, why should I consider making a donation? :thumb:

Very true. Is narcissism a hereditary disease? These ungrateful parents (helpourbears is the worst) and their attitudes rub off on their kids. I wonder if we can really blame the kids? This is how they're raised.

Congrats to the T-Wolves!! I hope Kay Norton was watching and knowing that we could have hired their coach four years ago. SMH.
