Probably Bzdelik screwing CU over. Surely he would know that he is responsible for the $500k buyout to CU.
 
Pay up bitches! :) Why was his buyout only $25k? Based on the the numbers in that story, seems like it could have been higher, and lord knows UNC needs all of the 'coffer replenishment' it can get.
